To pause. To breathe. To remember who we are beneath the noise.
These sessions are a soft landing, and a clear mirror. A space to explore what’s alive in you, and in which to return to the art of living wonderfully.
What are they?
Living Well Sessions are a synthesis of:
Therapy; with heart, but without the diagnosis
Coaching; with clarity, but without the hustle
Spiritual spaces; with depth, but without the dogma
These sessions are about providing a space for you to explore what’s alive in you, to help you reconnect with yourself, to be honest, and to move forwards joyfully and authentically.

Session Structure
Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place over zoom.
While every session is unique, here’s a typical structure that might be used:

A check-in and short guided meditation to settle and arrive.

A deep-dive conversation, guided by what’s present for you.
We may explore 3–5 reflective questions, or follow the thread of something emerging.
Some questions we might explore:
What’s feeling alive or tender for you right now?
Where in your life are you looking for change or clarity?
What does living wonderfully mean to you?
What might it look like to live more in alignment with your truth?
What would you do if you weren’t feeling afraid?

Space to reflect on insights, patterns, and next steps.
You may receive a journaling prompt or small practice to take with you.
Sliding scale Pricing
I offer a sliding scale because I believe this work should be available to anyone who needs it — regardless of financial circumstances.
Please choose the rate that feels both sustainable for you and respectful of the energy this work takes to hold:
£80 – Pay It Forwards
Support others in accessing this work while receiving your own session.£60 – Standard Rate
For those with stable income and capacity to invest in themselves.£40 – Concession Rate
For students, single parents, those between jobs, or anyone experiencing financial hardship.

Not at all. Some people arrive with something clear they want to explore, while others just feel the pull for space and support. We’ll follow what’s alive for you in the moment.

That’s totally fine. There’s no pressure to be “together” here. This is a space where everything - silence, laughter, emotion - is allowed and honoured.

Some come for one-off sessions during times of transition or reflection. Others return weekly, monthly or seasonally to reconnect with themselves. There’s no right rhythm, and we can find what works for you.

It shares some things in common: deep listening, emotional honesty, reflection, but it’s more intuitive, spacious, and spiritually grounded. This is not a clinical space. It’s a human one.
