And for good reason; meditation is a time-honoured practice for becoming aware of the presence behind the noise, the core of your true self.

Why meditate?

There are numerous benefits to meditation. Many of these can be felt immediately, and these benefits deepen and consolidate as your practice continues over time.

What do I offer?

I offer 30 or 50 minute one-to-one meditation coaching sessions, to help you grow in confidence when it comes to meditating, and to give you tools and techniques to take into your daily life.

Each session is tailored to you; whether you’re looking to de-stress, improve your focus, explore deeper parts of yourself, or something else entirely, my approach is tailored to help you find and build a practice that resonates and aligns with your lifestyle.

All are welcome: whether you’re totally new to meditation, have used meditation apps in the past, or are a seasoned meditator, you will be met where you are.

Session Structure

Each session lasts between 30 and 50 minutes and takes place over zoom.

The 30 minute sessions focus on guided meditation and integration; the 50 minute include extended meditations and enhanced theory, to help you anchor, integrate and frame your practice within a wider context.

While every session is unique and intuitive, here’s a typical structure we might use:

  • A check-in to help you settle and arrive.

  • A guided meditation tailored to your needs, intentions and lifestyle.

  • Space to reflect on insights, reflections, and next steps.

Sliding scale Pricing

I offer a sliding scale because I believe this work should be available to anyone who needs it — regardless of financial circumstances.

If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - I offer concessions and pay-it-forwards options.

However much you pay for this work, you are welcomed equally and wholeheartedly.
